About me
I have always loved the human body. Using it, watching it, studying it, understanding all of the amazing things it does every moment of every day. While I studied at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School and at École de danse contemporaine de Montréal, and while I toured the world as a professional dancer for over a decade, it was always very important to me to keep my body strong and supple. One of the tools I used to maintain my optimal conditioning was self-massage, and I would exchange tips, tricks and knowledge with my colleagues.
After I realized how rewarding it felt to help people through massage and that massage was a great complement to the rigorous demands we place on our bodies, I decided to study in massage therapy. I now have over 1000 hours of training. I continue taking different classes to learn new techniques and new ways of looking at the body.
As a massage therapist, my focus is your well-being. Each person is different and so is each massage. Every day, the body evolves and adapts. Together, we decide what the best massage will be for you, today.

I also worked at different clinics, and at different types of events, such as the ESPRIT triathlon, and the International de tennis junior Banque National.
